01 Your business
What's it called and what do you do?
This sets the name and the right words throughout the app.
Exactly as you want it on screen.
The one that fits under the icon (max 12 letters).
Sets what we call your team, your clients and what you offer.
Owner, director, manager…
02 Days and hours
When are you open?
So the calendar only shows the days and hours you actually work.
For the time zone: the day ends at your midnight, not another country's.
The typical length of a slot in the calendar.
03 Your look
What's your brand color?
This makes the app and the icon take your business's colors. If you don't have them defined, we'll suggest some.
If you have a logo, send it as an image (PNG or SVG, transparent background preferred) along with these answers. If not, we'll generate the icon from your colors.
04 Your team
Who does the work?
One person per row, including yourself if you also attend clients. Each one signs in with their own email.
05 Your catalog
What do you charge, and how much?
This is the most important part. List each price as its own service: "Haircut", "Kids' haircut" and "Senior haircut" are three rows, not one with discounts. A price missing here is a sale that can't be recorded.
Each case you mention becomes a service so you can always record it.
06 Your clients
Do you want to save your clients?
It's optional. If you turn it on, the app saves only name and phone.
If you turn it on, we'll give you a model privacy notice to print and post at your business. The business is the data controller.
07 Send
This is what you'll send us
Check it is right and request your quote. It reaches us with everything we need to reply fast.
